Our last meeting, we presented the biggest cheque yet with $21,700 going to the Autism Resource Centre!
We were so incredibly proud of the 50 years of service the Autism Resource Centre has provided to our city.
Their services are neuro-affirming, person-centred and goal based, helping hundreds of autistic adults, teens, and children each year.
They offer:
individual and group programs for adults, and summer camps for teens and kids individual counselling and group mental health programs employment programs for members, and education for local employers supportive living programming that focuses on building life skills and independence advocacy and community education to help empower the autistic communityOur last meeting of the year is November 23rd
